The high temperature Turbine gas Flow Meter is a state of the art precision instrument designed for pre-heated gas for power plants. Optical sensors (high freqency pick-up) will register two impulses per turbine wheel revolution from the special revolving actuator (light corridor) mounted on the main shaft.
The use of 4 optical sensors mounted in a special thermowell grant replacing or cleaning without depresurising the line. The optical interface unit is mounted on the meter in an explosion proof box.
